A Midsummer Night’s Dream
As the first large production after the COVID pandemic, A Midsummer Night’s Dream fully embraced the artistic process and challenge everyone involved to reframe the way they view Shakespeare. Under the direction of Oliver Mayes, this production of Midsummer included gender-blind casting and incorporated music in the world of the Fairies. The natural rhythm of Shakespeare’s words came alive through the musical talents of the cast.
